Site Updates II

For the second time around, a Blogger entry in the making was lost due to how careless I can sometimes get. I was writing this lengthy blog when I accidentally pressed on that little red box on the upper right-most part of your screen that, when you place your mouse cursor over it, will give you that teeny popup that says "close." I should have learned from the "Radiohead" entry I did last time (here), but yet again, I still wrote it on the "create post" page without even saving a draft. Tsk, tsk.

So let me try to conjure up everything I wrote before they'll all be lost to oblivion.

My boob tube addiction right now is "Supernatural." I'd like to thank Mackoie for introducing me to this by way of his season two DVD. I guess I'm hooked to it as I finished watching the whole DVD in just two days (and that's about 22 episodes). I was so itching to watch the first season so I asked Mackoie if I could borrow it too, but unfortunately he'll be back to work by January (the seventh to be exact). The anticipation is killing me that I went out and bought a copy for myself.

I am already through with the first two episodes, and I'm planning to finish everything this weekend. I also plan of putting videostreaming links to the show's season three episodes, just like what I did with "Heroes" and "Prison Break." Good stuff, this "Supernatural." It's like "X-Files" with more balls, make that four from brothers Sam and Dean. Ha-ha. But seriously, I enjoyed season two. I just hope I'd feel the same way with season one.

Finally, I was able to change the look of my Multiply with a new user-created theme I got the other day. The new page looks mighty fine, I think. However, I was so stumped when it came to finding a fitting title for it that I ended up with "[ Insert Multiply Title Here ]." Hehe.

Time flies so fast indeed. By next week, we'll be ushering in another year, this time that of the rat. And accordingly, for all you Peter Pettigrews or Rémys out there, er rat people (those born in 1912, 1924, 1936, 1948, 1960, 1972, 1984, and 1996), "any recent setbacks or obstacles can be overcome, so look forward to a year in which to really shine, either personally or professionally" (read more here). Hmm, 2008 seems to be looking great for you guys, huh? But I'm actually happy with the sign that I was born under, that of the dog, and that explains probably a lot methinks. LOL.

Let's all welcome 2008 with a bang!
